Collaboration and Partnership

Partner With The Bridgewright Collective

We are in active development and welcome conversations with institutions, funders, research partners, and implementation collaborators who share our commitment to building this well.

Partnership Categories

The work of building pathways across the AI opportunity divide requires a specific kind of partnership: organizations that serve the populations we care about, funders who understand long-horizon mission work, research partners who can study implementation responsibly, and collaborators who bring hard-won expertise in technology, curriculum, and institutional deployment.

Institutional

Workforce Development Boards

State and local workforce boards operating American Job Centers and workforce training programs with populations who need integrated capability-building, not just job matching.

Institutional

Reentry Organizations

Community-based organizations and social enterprises supporting people returning from incarceration who face the compounding barriers AIM is specifically designed to address.

Institutional

Correctional Education

Educational programs operating within correctional facilities, seeking tools built for the specific constraints of those environments: offline-first, privacy-protective, and rights-respecting.

Educational

Community Colleges

Two-year institutions serving non-traditional students who need structured support for the layered barriers between enrollment and meaningful economic participation.

Educational

Treatment and Recovery Programs

Programs supporting individuals in recovery from addiction who are simultaneously working to rebuild professional identity and economic stability after sustained disruption.

Educational

Alternative Education Programs

Organizations providing education outside traditional school settings for people who have been pushed out of or poorly served by standard educational pathways.

Funding

Philanthropic Funders

Foundations and philanthropic funds focused on workforce development, economic mobility, criminal justice reform, AI equity, or technology and society who understand mission-aligned patient capital.

Research

Research Partners

Academic institutions and research organizations interested in studying implementation, outcomes, and responsible AI-era economic mobility with appropriate ethical oversight.

Implementation

Technology and Implementation

Technology leaders and implementation specialists with experience deploying educational or workforce technology in constrained institutional environments.

What Partnership With TBC Looks Like

We are an early-stage organization. We will not overstate what we can offer or imply readiness we do not yet have. What we can offer is transparency, rigor, shared mission, and the discipline to build this carefully.

Exploratory Conversations

We welcome conversations with potential partners, funders, research partners, and implementation collaborators at any stage. You do not need to be ready to commit. We do not need to have everything built. Early-stage conversations shape the work.

Aligned Development Pathways

We are working toward responsible deployments with institutional partners who are willing to co-develop the implementation framework alongside us. Early work will be structured, evaluated, and documented.

Research Partnerships

We are open to partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations interested in studying the platform's design, implementation, and impact with appropriate ethical oversight and privacy protections.

Implementation Collaboration

We are building a network of collaborators who can provide expertise in responsible AI, curriculum design, workforce policy, and technology implementation. More sensitive strategic conversations happen directly.

Partner Inquiry

Use this form to tell us who you are, what your organization does, and how you see potential alignment with our work. There is no commitment implied by reaching out.

Partnership intake is reviewed weekly by the team. We aim to respond within two weeks where there is meaningful alignment. If your inquiry is time-sensitive, note that in your message.

Information submitted through this form is used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

Partnership Philosophy

We co-develop with the programs already serving these communities, on their terms.
