Privacy Policy
What we collect through this site, why, who processes it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: June 6, 2026 · This is a starting version and will be updated as the organization develops.
The Bridgewright Collective ("TBC," "we," "us") operates this informational website. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website only, not the AIM platform, which is in development and will carry its own, stricter participant data protections.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to submit through our forms:
- Contact and partner inquiries: your name, email address, organization, role, inquiry type, and message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, and the site sets no tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To read and respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential alignment, and, if you subscribe, send occasional updates. Our lawful basis under the GDPR is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores them and applies spam filtering (via Akismet, an Automattic service). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not require a cookie banner. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no third-party font service receives your data. If we ever introduce analytics, we will use a privacy-first, cookieless tool and update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the conversation, and newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact hello@bridgewrightcollective.ai. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell personal information.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
We will post any updates here with a revised date. Questions about this policy: hello@bridgewrightcollective.ai.
